My thoughts are with Trayvon Martin’s family and all the nervous families of young black men in America.

May all of us not targeted by racial profiling rise above social media slacktivism. May we take this opportunity to conduct a deep moral inquiry ourselves, figure out the locations within us that contribute to a culture that allows this to happen, and stop it at its many sources. It’s got to start with you.
